Turkish Students Association at York
Turkish Students Association opened at York
Turkish Students Association Incorporated opened at York University today on October 21, 2008 with 17 members. Faruk Arslan elected as President of TSA, Eyup Oztutuncu as Treasurer, Kasim Dogan as Secretary, Ihsan Mert as Volunter Director and Batir Kinkorov as Communication Director at the Board of Directors. TSA is serving Turkish or Turkic origin students who are speaking 15 different Turkish dialects people, preserving and perpetuating the tradition of Turkish and Turkic world culture. Those students study in York University with Turkish origin descent as an international students, as a Canadians and as an immigrants/protected person of Turkish or Turkic Regions origin students. Membership opens to all York students, staffs and faculty members.
